General Information
Pain Consultants of Florida will send your insurance company a bill following your visit or procedure. We have a certified coder on staff to assure the accuracy of each bill. You will be responsible for any balance due. We accept cash, check, or credit cards.

You are responsible for your copay or coinsurance prior to each office visit. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted.

Deductibles
Deductibles will be collected as per various insurance company rules. Medicare patients that have no medi-gap or secondary insurance will be billed and are responsible for the 20% difference.
