Narcotics
Patients receiving prescriptions for narcotics need to be seen on a monthly basis. They
must also participate in our unique pain assessment an management program. Patients are
responsible for keeping tract of their medication and scheduling timely visits for
medication renewal. Noncompliance for any reason may result in discharge from our
practice.

Refills
- Refills will be requested during office hours only from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
- Call one to two days prior to/before needing your refill.
- No walk-in refill requests can be accommodated. You must telephone for
refill
- All refill requests will be dealt with within 24 hours.
- Narcotic refills will be by written prescription only. We will mail it to
your pharmacy. Please allow three days for the prescription to arrive.
- Only one pharmacy may be designated for prescription orders.
- You may contact the on-call physician through the medical exchange if you have a
medical emergency related to your Pain Management.
- If you have non-emergency problems, please call the office nurse between 9:00am and
3:00pm
